| Architectural Tour |

A tour around the highlights of the city’s various architectural styles, with an examination of their adaptation to Cuban conditions. Includes a walk around Old Havana to view the main residential, public, religious and military buildings, including El Templete, the Palace of the Captains General, the Palace of the Second Lieutenant, the Castillo de la Real Fuerza, the Trade Exchange and the Basílica Menor de San Francisco de Asís. From here the tour continues to the Paseo del Prado, and to examine various examples of Eclectic, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Neoclassical and Neo-Gothic architecture in Cárdenas, Reina and Carlos III Streets. Tour of the Vedado district, viewing Havana University, Revolution Square, La Rampa, the Avenida de los Presidentes, the Focsa Building and the López Serrano Building. Drive down the Malecón Ocean Drive to the Miramar district, viewing the Fountain of the Americas, various domestic buildings constructed in the 40s and 50s and examples of contemporary architecture.
